**Responsibilities**:
*
- To oversee plant operations and maintenance that includes but not limited to respective staff management, inter department coordination, plant operability, efficiency and maintainability, products quality, meeting the demand of customers, safety, health and environment and cost efficiency.
- To ensure well documentation on planning, production & maintenance records, training, compliance standards, safety and environment and others.
- To continuously update and refine the Standards of Operations & Procedure, Engineering Practices, Plant Safety Procedure.
- To assist long term human resources planning, development and training; ensuring an effective and productive team.
- Review, source, and purchase of equipment and spare parts.
- Oversee all plant upgrading and improvement projects and be the main contact point for stakeholders, field staff and contractors.
**Job Requirements**
*
- At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the process industries; oil & gas, chemicals and petrochemical fields.
- Communicate effectively both oral and writing to technical and non-technical persons.
- Able to read and interprets P&ID diagrams, drawings and specifications.
- Experience in management, project planning and maintenance.
- Details, specific and hands-on in approach with good analytical skills.
- High commitment on execution, aggressive, dynamic and result oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
