**JOB SUMMARY**

Collaborate with Production / Planning team and other staff to ensure business goals are met. Responsible

for developing and implementing inventory strategies to optimize product availability while minimizing

scrap. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, analyzing data and identifying

trends to improve inventory processes.

**Roles**:

- Lead and supervised a group of MH at Final Process and staging.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- Implement inventory control procedures to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying stock.
- Utilizing and ensuring in-house inventory management software (WIP System) is

Compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and improve efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track inventory levels and manage inventory transactions, including output, issuing, reverse, and processing returns.
- Conduct regular analysis of inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and

opportunities for improvement.
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for process

improvements.
- Providing inventory reports and analysis to management as needed.

Safety and 5S:

- Implement and maintain 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at workplace and staging to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Report incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide training to MH on 5S principles, safe work practices, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain documentation related to safety training, inspections, and incident reports.

**Others**:

- Involve in Yearly Plantwide stock take.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in inventory management to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify opportunities, and cost savings within inventory management functions.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**

Min Diploma / Degree Holder:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in inventory management / planning or production.
- Strong attention to detail and strong accurate record-keeping abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good in Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory-related issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
