**Job Overview**

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our UniFi outlet in Econsave Kangkar Pulai.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in selecting suitable UniFi packages based on their needs.
- Provide clear explanations of product features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent service.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Work towards sales goals and enjoy commission-based earning opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat sales.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Spoken languages: Malay & English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Have own transport to commute to work.
- Knowledge of broadband or telecommunication services is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
