**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To assist supervisor in the smooth daily production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- Ensure safety requirement compliance, enforcement of PPE, and be proactive in identifying safety hazards at all times.
- Responsible for day-to-day shift schedule that include workstation assignments/rotations, leave and overtime arrangement, optimization of manpower all workstations for smooth running of production.
- Assist production supervisors in coordinating production startups, shutdowns, changeovers and prevention maintenance.
- Responsible to meet daily shift production out and quality goals and target.
- Responsible and resolving day -to-day production quality and process control issues.
- Carry out daily checklist form and production report.
- Make sure production runs smoothly and materials are sufficient.
- Plan and organize maintains for machines, respond to breakdowns, report down time.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety procedures.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Required skill(s): Good in Troubleshoot machines, able to do welding and electrical work whenever required.
- Computer Literate
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
- Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Proactive in seeking solutions and solving problems.
- Team player and good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
