Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting documents, such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and basic bookkeeping.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial audits.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
- Handle basic HR-related tasks such as employee attendance and leave tracking.
- Handle Service Support-related tasks such as technicians attendance, report and leave tracking.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
