**Key Responsibilities**:
- Information Management: Prepare, organize, and store information in both paper and digital formats.
Class Management:
- Send daily class reminders to students and teachers.
- Update class recordings in the drive.
- Set up and monitor virtual classes.
- Prepare class notes and materials.
- Student and Teacher Support:
- Update new student registrations in the system.
- Track and manage student and teacher attendance.
- Send reminders to teachers for upcoming classes.
- Send pending payment reminders and promotional messages to students/parents.
Reporting and Updates:
- Maintain and update the inquiry database in Excel.
- Prepare and send daily reports to the supervisor.
- Enrollment Growth: Assist in planning strategies to increase student enrollment.
- System Management: Learn and efficiently use the AR2U system for class management and record-keeping.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Able to communicate in Tamil Language.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to learn and use new systems quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an educational environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of AR2U system or similar online learning management systems is an advantage.
