Executive, Sales Support

**Responsibilities**:
- To assist superior in handling all Sales Support function under Sales & Marketing Department relating to all projects.
- Ensure all sales documents are complete and accurately input to our company property system.
- Ensure all sales transactions are timely recorded into master control tracking report.
- Timely update loan approval status and provide information to Sales Admin to arrange signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement upon loan approval is obtained.
- To work closely and coordinate with Sales Team and Sales Admin Team on all matters in relation to sales conversion.
- Timely submission of sales staff and property agents’ sales commission.
- To attend to customers’ queries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues.
- To assist superiors in preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly report to management.
- To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work constructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by superiors.
**Job Requirements**
- **Fresh Graduate or any related experience working in Property line are encouraged to apply**:
- Good interpersonal skills which include verbal and non-verbal communication, people and social skills
- Pleasant personality. Good in Microsoft Office for presentation of reports
- Flexible and willing to learn and take up more challenges and responsibilities.
- **Valid driving licence to be able to travel from HQ to sales galleries, etc**:
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
