To supervise High tension 11KV distribution system and safety of sub-devices
- Responsible for daily operation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services such as:

- Power consumption in LV and HT room, Air conditioning system, Lift and escalator, Fire alarm system and firefighting equipment, building automation system, Plumbing and sanitary system and other services related to building operation & maintenance.
- To ensure that the electrical installation are in functional order by conducting frequent inspection and report to Building Manager.
- To test run building generator system weekly to ensure that in good working condition and ensure that the diesel oil fuel tank level are maintained all the time.
- To conduct weekly checks on the cold water pumps, motor and other electrical/mechanical equipment.
- To source for maintenance works quotation and able to produce BQ / RFQ
- To liaise with visiting consultant Engineer on their by weekly inspection.
- To attend and follow up to all complaints made by the tenants related to air-cond and M & E Services on repair and Maintenance issues to meet tenants expectations.
- To supervise and to guide A4 Chargeman and Technician in carry out daily general facilities services as and when required
- To assist in the Building’s yearly fire certificate inspection and fire drill.
- Assist and advise tenant renovation or reinstatement works
- To supervise and coordinate with appointed service contractor on their daily / monthly servicing works in the building.

**Key Challenges**
- Must be able to trouble shoot all Mechanical & Electrical works and other HT 11KV, Transformer related problems within the building.
- To ensure all the facilities in the building well maintained and function properly.
- The services that provide must meet the tenants and clients expectation
- To ensure proactive maintenance work implemented
- To work closely with building manager for the OPEX / CAPEX budget.

**Working Relationship**

**1. **To work closely with Maintenance Team render facilities services for smooth process flow.

2. Meeting with appointed service providers and update issues related to M&E matters of the building to Building Manager.

**Experience and Qualification**
- Must possess HT/11KV or 33KV competency chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- At least 5 years hands on experience in building facilities maintenance specializing in M & E Equipments, Air-conditining, Fire Alarm System and Building Automation Systems.
- Able to handle and trouble shooting power tripping and carry out repairing works on electrical installation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all level
