Job Description:
As a Live Host, you will be the face of our showroom, responsible for engaging with walk-in customers and hosting live demonstrations and presentations of our products. You will showcase our products in an engaging and informative manner, interact with customers in real-time, and drive sales through compelling live content. This role requires flexibility as it involves shift work, including live hosting from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM and standby duties on weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Host live demonstrations and presentations of our products to engage and educate walk-in customers.
- Interact with customers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Showcase the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products in a captivating and persuasive manner.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products, highlighting promotions and special offers, and closing sales during live sessions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience for all visitors.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in live hosting, public speaking, or a similar role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or related fields are a plus.
- Salary Range: The salary for this position ranges from RM 3,000 to RM 4,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
