**Brick House Sdn Bhd** is a full-serviced Events and Catering company and operates several cafes and convenience stores within universities. From buffets to full service dining, our team is there to make an event a resounding success.

**Administrator for Event's Crew** will be responsible for organizing and managing quotations,follow ups,supplier quotations of a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, press conferences, annual general meetings, shareholder briefings, employee or industry award ceremonies, and customer social events. Basically, it will be a desk job to maintain the effectiveness and productivity of event's crew.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and understand the needs and financial budget of a client (usually the event sponsor or host)
- Carry out market research and gather information concerning materials/resources that will be needed for the event
- Carry out pre and post-event evaluations and report back to the client
- Effectively handle any unplanned problem that may emerge during the event
- Generate new ideas that will help in enhancing the quality of the event.

**Requirement**
- Fun, energetic food lover and outgoing personality and able to work well in a team.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Skills**:

- **Must be able to generate quotation according to client request within the time limit**.
- Specify staff requirements (kitchen and bar teams) and coordinate their activities
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Good literacy in languages especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to multi-task and able to withstand stressful scenarios.
