EVENT CREW

Responsibilities

· Develop creative event concepts, proposals, and timelines.

· Liaise with vendors, sponsors, suppliers, and venue partners to ensure smooth event operations.

· Handle event setup, registration, signage, décor, and technical arrangements.

· Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotional materials and event publicity.

· Mange invitations, guest lists, and on-site staff assignments.

· Ensure all events are executed within budget and timeline.

· Prepare post-event reports, analyze feedback, and propose improvements for future events.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support future collaborations.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and d regulatory requirements for all events.

Requirement

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations or a related field.

· Minimum 1 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

· Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Creative, proactive, and a good team player.

· Willing to work flexible hour during event days

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
