Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated
Marketing Executive
who is fluent in English to support our growing marketing and client engagement activities. This role involves assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, enhancing brand and client materials, and creating compelling content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns

·
Rewrite, rephrase and enhance client profiles, social media platforms, and marketing collaterals ----all requirin strong command of English

·     Handle all client deliverables with precision and professionalism, while consistently meeting tight deadlines

·     Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

·     Create engaging social media content, including images and videos, for multiple platforms

·     Support website content updates and apply basic SEO knowledge (on-page SEO, keyword usage, metadata, etc.) to enhance search visibility.

·     Support in the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and clarity

·     Respond to client request, manage concern, provide specific information based on the enquiries received via inbound phone call and email channels.

·     Liaise with designers to develop social media visuals and marketing collateral designs.

·     Assist in the execution of company events by serving as an on-ground crew member

Requirements:

·     Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

·     1–3 years of experience in a marketing role

·     Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese languages is an added advantage

·     Analytical mindset with attention to detail and project management skills

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Capcut is a plus)

·     Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·     Team player with a proactive attitude and a creative mindset
