Marketing Executive

Location: SS3, Petaling Jaya

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can take the lead in both online and offline marketing — someone who doesn't just post content, but can plan meaningful campaigns, create engaging stories, and lead a team to bring ideas to life.

This role suits someone who enjoys thinking creatively, stays updated with what's happening around the world, and knows how to turn current trends into content that educates and connects with people.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute campaigns that raise awareness and inspire participation.
  • Lead and coordinate a small marketing team to develop content, visuals, and videos.
  • Manage and grow our social media platforms with engaging, trend-aware content.
  • Produce creative materials using tools like Canva, Jianying, or similar apps.
  • Translate current issues and social media trends into campaigns that are relevant, educational, and shareable.
  • Build consistent messaging that strengthens our brand presence.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience leading projects or a small team.
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing strategies.
  • Able to plan campaigns from idea to execution.
  • Creative thinker with good problem-solving skills.
  • Keeps up with news, social media trends, and pop culture.
  • Proficient in Canva, Jianying, CapCut, or other similar design and editing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
