Key Responsibilities

Venue & Operations Management

  • Oversee daily venue operations, scheduling, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with tenants, partners, and event crews to ensure smooth setup and execution.
  • Manage staff, vendors, and contractors with hands-on efficiency.
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and venue standards while maintaining creative flexibility.
  • Plan and optimize venue usage for events, rentals, and brand activations.

Creative Curation & Programming

  • Curate and program events that reflect JAM PJ's cultural identity — from live performances to art shows, talks, artistic curations and lifestyle pop-ups.
  • Collaborate with artists, collectives, curators, and independent brands to co-create authentic experiences.
  • Identify creative trends and subcultures shaping youth and urban communities.
  • Develop seasonal calendars and thematic concepts that keep the space dynamic and relevant.
  • Support marketing and design teams with event storytelling and on-ground content ideas.

Strategic & Community Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with the local creative scene — musicians, designers, cultural entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
  • Work closely with management to plan revenue-generating initiatives that align with JAM PJ's ethos.
  • Ensure all activations, from small showcases to major events, reflect JAM PJ's creative DNA.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in event production, venue operations, or creative project management.
  • Proven ability to manage logistics, people, and budgets efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of local creative and nightlife ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during events.
