Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop breakthrough creative ideas that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences while meeting client goals.
  • Turn insights, platform trends, and cultural moments into compelling campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Account teams to ensure ideas are both innovative and business-driven.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to spark creative thinking across teams and clients.

Business Growth & Pitching

  • Drive creative direction for new business pitches and proposals.
  • Work with Business Development to craft persuasive decks and presentations that win clients.
  • Represent the agency's creative vision with confidence and clarity in client meetings.

Revenue & Leadership Impact

  • Elevate creative output that drives measurable growth and ROI.
  • Partner with leadership to develop new creative products, services, and monetisation opportunities.
  • Balance creative ambition with commercial results.

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team of designers, writers, and content creators.
  • Foster a culture of originality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback, training, and guidance to help the team grow.
  • Serve as a visible creative ambassador within and beyond the organisation.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present and pitch creative ideas effectively to clients.
  • Build lasting client relationships through strong communication and problem-solving.
  • Align creative direction with regional and local leadership.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay ahead of social media and creator trends across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Experiment with new content formats such as short-form video, memes, interactive campaigns, and AR/VR.
  • Share insights through internal reports, playbooks, and trend analyses.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in a creative, content, or digital agency, including minimum 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise across major social platforms and emerging formats.
  • Deep understanding of social content culture, particularly for Gen Z and millennials.
  • Proven ability to create strategies that push creative boundaries and deliver business results.
  • Skilled in leading and inspiring teams while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a talent for pitching bold ideas.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Experience with branded content, influencer marketing, or social commerce is a plus.
