About The Job

We're looking for a visionary Creative Lead to head our in-house creative unit. This role goes beyond execution - it's about leading, inspiring, and elevating the creative output of MoneyX across all channels. You'll be responsible for developing big ideas, setting the creative vision & direction, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand DNA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the creative vision, ensuring campaigns are bold, consistent, and aligned with MoneyX's brand strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a sizeable in-house creative team (designers, video editors, content writers) to deliver high-quality output.
  • Oversee ideation and execution of 360° campaigns (digital including app & web, social, ATL, BTL, activations).
  • Maintain and evolve MoneyX's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, partnerships) to ensure visuals align with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
