Are you a creative and driven brand strategist ready to take the lead in shaping a fast-growing FMCG brand? We're looking for a Brand Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of our instant noodles & vermicelli brand next stage of growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and manage external agencies to make sure everything from packaging to campaigns aligns with our vision.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and drive category growth.
  • Translate brand vision into actionable strategies that resonate with target consumers.

2. Campaign & Activation Management

  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, trade, and on-ground channels.
  • Partner with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver engaging content and activations that boost awareness and sales.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Drive new product development (NPD) and innovation projects, from concept to launch.

4. Consumer Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to guide brand decisions.
  • Monitor brand health, campaign effectiveness, and ROI through data-driven evaluations.

5. Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and guide a small brand team, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination across functions.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Applicants with a background in food FMCG will be prioritized.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, consumer behavior and brand development.
  • Experience in launching new products and managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience in NPD or product innovation will be an added bonus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative, analytical and hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
