What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute client strategies that strengthen partnerships and drive measurable results
  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of corporate wellness programs across multiple clients
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Use data and insights to analyze performance, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in client strategy, consulting, healthcare, or program management
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and complex client portfolios
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Passion for wellness, technology, and creating meaningful workplace health impact
