The Lead Creative Strategist role at BJAK is a highly hands-on position focused on driving user acquisition and engagement through high-performing digital content. You will be responsible for researching market trends, developing data-informed campaign concepts, and translating those ideas directly into effective digital assets, specifically high-volume videos and short-form media, to achieve measurable growth targets.

What You Will Do

  • Write and develop well researched and highly specific campaign and brand campaign plans consisting of brand voice, messaging, style, and more in developing the brand architecture

  • Lead the creative discovery process by rigorously researching market campaigns, social trends, and user behavior data to identify winning messaging angles and strategic opportunities for content.

  • Develop strategic, well thought through campaign concepts that directly translate business objectives and research insights into clear, compelling, and actionable blueprints for digital content.

  • Translate campaign concepts into executable digital content, taking direct ownership of the production workflow for high-volume video ads, short-form scripts, and performance media assets.

  • Partner closely with the internal teams to analyze content performance data (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, CPA). Use these results to quickly iterate and optimize creative assets for acquisition efficiency.

  • Ensure all developed content maintains BJAK's brand voice and visual quality while pushing creative boundaries to maximize relevance and impact across all digital advertising channels.

The right fit has:

  • 4–6 years in a hands-on creative strategy role, specifically focused on performance creative, digital content development, or campaign strategy within a high-growth B2C brand or agency setting.

  • A compelling portfolio that clearly demonstrates the ability to translate strategic research and insights into high-performing digital video and mobile-first creative assets.

  • Expertise in digital content production workflows, including scripting, storyboarding, overseeing editing, and delivering assets optimized for rapid deployment across acquisition channels

  • Proven ability to utilize data and campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS) to critique, iterate, and scale creative concepts, demonstrating a strong link between creative output and business results.

  • Proficiency with design tools and video production/editing software

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage complex cross-functional stakeholder communication and external vendor/freelance workflows.
