Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and personable Event Crew member to support the Superga Malaysia Media Collaboration Launch at One Utama. This role involves facilitating smooth event operations, engaging with media guests, supporting product showcases, and ensuring the event experience reflects the brand's iconic and timeless image.

Responsibilities

  • Support event setup, store presentation, and launch day coordination
  • Assist with footwear product showcases, try ons, and styling explanations for media guests
  • Engage confidently with media representatives and event attendees
  • Share product knowledge and highlight key product features when needed
  • Ensure brand aligned hospitality and a welcoming experience for all guests
  • Support store and event operations including crowd flow and customer interactions when required
  • Maintain high energy, a positive attitude, and teamwork throughout the event
  • Be adaptable and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment

Requirements

  • Must be able to travel to One Utama for the media event
  • Comfortable communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is a bonus
  • Prior experience in events, retail, or sales preferred
  • Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, and footwear styling
  • Energetic personality with strong people and communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and enjoys working in a collaborative, high energy team environment
