Professional in Arabic cuisine, preparing, cooking, and creating a new menu. - To provide quality Arabian dishes that have been prepared, cooked, and presented according to company standards and within the timescales required for the restaurant outlet. - Determine quantities to be cooked and size of portions to be served, taking into account diets to meet medical, ethnic, and personal needs - Oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques. - Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance; and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen. - Requisition stock, materials, supplies, or equipment - Resolve or assist the worker to resolve work problems - Recruit and hire staff, including cooks and another kitchen worker - Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation
