Chill n Chill Cafe is a cafe reside inside the Kudo Kudo Restaurant. We are looking for part timer **Barista** to deliver the best quality of our beverages and give excellent service to the customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make sure the cafe is up to scratch, following the standards and procedures.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and day-to-day operations to keep things efficient.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Listen to feedback and make changes to keep customers happy and coming back.
- Able to do some latte art works will be an added advantage.
- Leadership abilities to keep everything running smoothly.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Prepare hot & cold beverages and café specialties following SOPs and methods.
- Keep the area clean at all times.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate customer feedback well.

The accomplished individual will possess...
- At least 1 years of experience in food and beverage preparation.
- Background in specialty coffee is an added advantage.
- Passion for coffee and able to do story telling on the beans.
- Constant self improvement on coffee beans knowledge.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM8.00 per hour
