Job Title**:Service Crew**

Location**:Cold Stone Creamery **_**(Paradigm Mall-1 vacancy, KSL City Mall-2 vacancy)**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Promote sales by recommending Cold Stone Creamery's delicious ice cream treats, signature creations, and promotional offers to customers.
- Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream products, including cones, cups, sundaes, and specialty desserts, according to Cold Stone Creamery's standards and recipes.
- Assist customers in selecting flavors, mix-ins, and toppings for their ice cream creations, offering suggestions and upselling additional items as appropriate.
- Operate ice cream machines, mixers, and other equipment safely and efficiently, following proper procedures and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized serving area, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments, providing change, and balancing cash registers at the end of the shift.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food products, as well as personal hygiene practices.
- Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, assist with opening and closing duties, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in training programs and ongoing development opportunities to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or food service roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for promoting products and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent hygiene and grooming standards, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service to every customer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
