Reporting to the **Financial Controller - OTC & Treasury,** you will be responsible for:

- Conduct daily reviews of Sales Orders before submitting for approval and release in SAP.
- Examine daily bank statements for collections from both Wholesale and E-Commerce.
- Reconcile E-Commerce collections weekly against sales and post in SAP.
- Prepare and review Wholesale AR Aging reports weekly.
- Generate bi-weekly Statements of Account for Wholesale Customers.
- Assess monthly provisions for Wholesale Customers.
- Handle month-end closing activities, including posting transactions to SAP and preparing the reporting pack for AR Aging, P&L flux - E-Commerce merchant commission, Wholesale Margin Analysis, and Balance Sheet Reviews with commentaries.
- Evaluate the annual Credit Limit for existing Wholesale Customers.
- Review the payment gateway provider rates for E-Commerce annually.
- Conduct ad hoc reviews of Credit Limits for new Wholesale Customers.
- Review contracts for Wholesale Customers and/or Principal Brands on an ad hoc basis.
- Participate as needed in any new and upcoming projects, such as onboarding new brand e-commerce platforms.
- Serve as the key Finance point of contact to support business and commercial activities for MY, SG, and HK in the overall E-Commerce and wholesale business.** Requirements**:

- 6-7 years of experience in Order-To-Cash (“OTC”) functions especially in E-Commerce and wholesale.
- Should have deep understanding on end-to-end process of Wholesale & E-Commerce, including managing sales order, credit limit assessment, contract reviews and merchant report (E-commerce settlement etc).
- Able to manage, identify gaps and develop risk mitigation strategies for risks credit exposure, bad debt recovery, tax and regulatory compliances.
- Audit or Finance relevant experience is a plus.
- Effective communicator with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g - Finance team, IT team, Supply Chain, and other Ops team).
