**Summary of the role**
- To support most of the HR spectrum such as recruitment, HRIS Maintenance, employee relations, and operational work.
- To assist and manage the day-to-day efficient operations of the office administrations.
**Recruitment**
- Will have the opportunity to involve in the recruitment process for the junior position.
- To handle activities such as sourcing, talent attraction, screening, and interview coordination.
- To derive creative sourcing methods to engage and attract the best talents.
- To conduct phone screens to assess professional skills and culture fitment.
**HRIS Maintenance**
- To manage the employee e-files and all other HR filing system.
- To update employees’ movement in the personnel database system and manage leave administration.
- To update employees’ movement in the stock options benefit.
- To update employees’ movement in the timesheet and expense claim system.
**Employee Relations**
- Understand company/management goals and objectives and communicate with employees.
- Provide operational support to the management and employees as and when is required.
- Coordinate company’s events and assist with office-wide training programs.
- Assist in channeling inquiries/complaints from internal staff and external business partners to the HR Manager.
**HR Operations**
- To support the onboarding process for new joiners including IT setup, staff orientation, and induction program.
- To monitor employee’s probation due date and organize the evaluation process.
- To prepare any HR and Admin letters or documents requested by employees.
- To support in offboarding process for leavers including IT network removal update and surrender of office property.
- To notify insurance company on the employees’ movement.
**Office Management and Administration**
- Assist in the administration of general office services.
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and professional appearance of the office.
- Assist in mailing and courier management.
- Liaise with the travel agency for logistic requests on all business travel.
- General information update (phone list, staff birthday etc.).
- Preparation of PO for any purchase under HR & Admin.
- Maintain proper control and recording of inventory in the use of office facilities and support services.
- Assist in various office-wide events and projects.
