**Position Objective**:
Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions by analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and/or business user stories. Independently and/or working with other project team members, successfully drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and deliver value to stakeholders by leveraging expertise in business processes, technology, and data analysis, whilst ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, and meet the highest quality standards and definition of done set by the relevant stakeholders.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Requirement Gathering and Analysis**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.

2. **Solution Design and Documentation**:

- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.

3. **Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and project managers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and challenges.

4. **Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify and resolve defects or issues during the testing phase.

5. **Change Management and Training (If Applicable)**:

- Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
- Assist in the adoption of new systems and processes by providing post-implementation support.
- Address user concerns and feedback to ensure smooth transitions.

Ability to converse in fluent English, Chinese and Malay is mandatory.

Ability to converse in Cantonese is a plus.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

**Preference**
- With experience on D365 CRM is preferred but not mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
