Mengkaji keperluan kakitangan di setiap jabatan dari semasa ke semasa.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam proses pengambilan kakitangan.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam latihan & pembangunan kakitangan.
- Bertanggungjawab dengan proses kemasukan dan proses keluar kakitangan.
- Melaksanakan aktiviti penglibatan kakitangan.
- Menyediakan draf gaji kakitangan termasuk draf pembayaran EPF, SOCSO & EIS kakitangan.
- Menyediakan slip gaji setiap kakitangan dan menyimpan di dalam fail slip gaji.
- Menyediakan perkhidmatan perundingan kepada kakitangan berkaitan perletakan jawatan, pentadbiran cuti, faedah perubatan, kenaikan pangkat dan gaji.
- Memberi penjelasan mengenai buku panduan pekerja syarikat kepada kakitangan.
- Memastikan semua dokumen dilengkapkan dan dikemas kini dalam fail kakitangan.
- Menetapkan KPI bulanan/tahunan kakitangan dan memantau KPI kakitangan dari semasa ke semasa.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam menyediakan memo atau perubahan prosedur dan polisi baru oleh pihak pengurusan.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam menyediakan laporan-laporan mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan yang ditugaskan oleh pihak pengurusan.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam menguruskan borang pemulangan barang pelanggan.
- Menguruskan dan meluluskan tuntutan (klaim) staf.
- Menyediakan sebut harga insurans dan menyediakan _covernote _kepada pelanggan atau syarikat
- Memastikan tugas-tugas berkaitan dengan Jabatan Sumber Manusia dilaksanakan dengan lengkap dan baik.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
