Sales & Marketing Executive (Export)

To promote and sell company’s products to its full market potentials in the assigned territories and sectors.
- To achieve sales target by promoting and selling company products.
- To handle key accounts and expand customer base to increase customer counts.
- To sell company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers.
- To maintain good rapport with customers by providing support, high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trends.
- To work closely with the marketing team/regional sales office to promote products and services.
- To continuously explore new business opportunities and market potentials to increase market shares.
- To expand business with existing customers by promoting new products or through a sales strategy.
- To responsible for customer enquiries pertaining to quotation, product, sample, registration, shipment, visitation and payment term.
- To maintain accurate information of documents and be responsible for providing forecast quantity with the purchasing team.
- To suggest price reviews based on feedback from customers.
- To maintain the filing of agreements and contracts signed with customer including facilitate the agreements and contracts discussion with customers.\To monitor and follow up payment collection from customers.
- To handle customer visits, meetings, and transportation/hotel room booking arrangements.
- To organize and hold effective sales presentations.
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training courses, seminars, conferences, workshops, and reading periodicals.
- To assist the Sales Director/Senior Regional Sales Manager in the yearly sales budget planning by providing customer's sales forecast.
- To involve in internal and external audits.
- To involve in the preparation of exhibitions and attend exhibitions both locally and overseas.
- To perform customer surveys.
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and other related duties specified by the company.
- To follow up and monitor any back order from customer’s order and ensure the warehouse and purchasing team with the good arrival date.
- To ensure all sales objectives are met by formulating and executing promotional strategies and sales plans in line with the company’s business objectives.
- To regularly share and exchange market information/feedback with the team for market intelligence.
- To be an expert in company’s products and be able to detail and recommend the best solutions for customers.
- To be able to counter challenges and provide professional services to customers.
- To send new pricing to customers and update the latest development.
- To meet individual and team KPI set by the company.
- To gather accuracy of initial production of new items via sighting the production process.
- To follow up and monitor any back order from customer’s order and ensure warehouse & purchasing team with the good arrival date.
- To able to frequent travel and adhoc project to international regional offices and exclusive country distributor office.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Business/ Marketing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Sales negotiation techniques and selling skills, problem solving skills, able to handle distributor and customers complaints.
- Good in presentation skills
- Proficient in words, excel, power point and power BI.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is a must due to handling international market.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
