Achieve sales targets set by the company every month/year.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers and build a network of new customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and create marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Prepare and present quotations/proposals to customers according to project needs.
- Provide professional product advice & explanation services to customers.
- Follow up with prospects and customers until sales are closed.
- Resolve any customer complaints quickly and effectively and maintain the company's image.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of after-sales projects.
- Update sales data and reports, performance and forecasts for management reference.
- Assist marketing activities in planning and implementing sales promotions/campaigns.
- Contribute to content creation such as social media postings, product catalogs, or promotional materials to increase company visibility.
- Monitor market & competitor developments to ensure sales strategies are always relevant.
- Attend training to improve knowledge & skill

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
