What is your mission?

**Cost analysis**: Generating, compiling and analysing overheads by cost centre and other cost related tasks as required.

**Funnel reporting**: Coordinating with BD team to update and keep track of sales funnel process.

**System admin**: Responsible for handling of Tagetik’s admin tasks relating to budget and quarterly forecast including addition of hierarchies and other related tasks.

**Campaign Reporting**: Responsible for generating, compiling and analysing the Group’s campaign reporting on a monthly basis.

**Data extraction and management**: Monthly data extraction, management and storage.

**Powerpoint slides**: Responsible for preparation of Powerpoint slides on key reporting items.

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization.

Who are we looking for?

Possess analytical skills and have a structured approach to problem solving.

Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

Good team player with positive working attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently
