**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Responsible to take food orders from customers.
- 2. Responsible to ensure working and dining area is clean
- 3. Responsible to ensure all customer orders is served
- 4. Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refiling glasses.
- 5. Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs.
- 6. Informs customers about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
- 7. Communicate to the customers and provide assistance with their queries.
- 8. Deliver good customer service to all customers.
- 9. Handle customer complaints.
- 10. Good team player.
- 11. Good problem solving skills.
- We have 17 outlets spread over West Malaysia as follow.
