Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, maintain operational standards, and help manage a non-halal kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and kitchen helpers.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support the management team in daily operations and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant supervision or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
