Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, maintain operational standards, and help manage a non-halal kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and kitchen helpers.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support the management team in daily operations and special projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant supervision or similar roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
