**Job Title: Finance Specialist - Accounting Operations**

**Role Summary**:
Part of the global statutory team responsible for “best in class” service and providing ad hoc project support, as required. The team works closely with other finance teams, providing support when required and collaborating across functions to meet overall goals.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and analysis of Bad Debt Reserve for several major conterparts, collaborate closely with Functional team to determine proper Reserve amount for reporting period.
- Operation with different ERPs: Oracle Oscar/Pascal - Performing analytical reviews, variance Analysis
- Work with internal and external auditors’ requests by colaborating closely with Functional team, Business, and Operations.
- Provision of supporting documents to auditors in compliance to the local statutory requirements based on the sphere of responsibility.
- Assessing the quality of data and working with the team to solve issues.
- Extracting insight from data and explain, giving root cause analysis and recommendation to relevant stakeholders
- Performing under mínimal supervision, evaluate, maintain and improve efficiency of financial processes.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Have Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA.
- Have a relevant working experience in statutory. Big 4 accounting experience is an added advantage.
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of Statutory and IFRS/US GAAP Accounting.
- Be able to speak English with good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Finance Specialist: 2 years (required)
- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA: 2 years (preferred)
- statutory: 2 years (preferred)
- IFRS/US GAAP Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
