**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for the administration and support of sales & marketing activities.
- Perform daily accounting data and issuance of Goods Receive Notes (GRN), Sales invoice, Delivery order, Purchases order, Purchase Request etc.
- Issue payment voucher, Bank reconciliation etc.
- Update debtor and creditor payment.
- Control office petty cash and issue company expenses billing.
- To supervise drivers on carrying out any assignment and maintaining good morale as well as work discipline.
- Responsible in preparing daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Cooperate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.
- Prepare relevant reports as and when required to superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Junior level, specialized in business support or equivalent.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Discipline, independent, word hard and well time management.
- Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Willing to work in Banting, Selangor.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday
- Have own transportation
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
