**This role is for a newly startup company and will be an individual contributor role at the beginning.**

**What will you do**:
**Infrastructure Setup**:

- Lead the establishment of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
- Oversee the procurement and deployment of IT equipment, managing inventory and ensuring timely upgrades.

**Access Management**:

- Develop and implement robust access control policies for employees, encompassing both onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with HR to streamline access procedures for new hires and manage account deactivation for resignees.

**Vendor Collaboration**:

- Engage with external vendors to facilitate the acquisition and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.

**Employee Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees regarding IT-related matters and troubleshooting.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, assisting them in setting up their IT requirements.

**Policy Development**:

- Formulate and enforce policies and procedures within the IT department, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Regularly review and update policies to align with technological advancements and security standards.

**Autonomous Management**:

- Independently handle internet and CRM-related matters, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted services.
- Act as an individual contributor in a startup environment, displaying adaptability and initiative.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure setup and technical support.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in setting up and managing IT infrastructure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide effective employee support.
- Ability to work independently and manage internet and CRM-related issues autonomously.
- Familiarity with policy development and enforcement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
