- Helping in the preparation of desserts and pastries.
- Making sure that dishes are always clean.
- Supervising cooks and managing the preparations, portioning, garnishing and storage of all food items.
- Managing inventory and facilitating product orders of the culinary and science departments.
- Managing cold kitchen production for a luxury hotel with a Michelin star restaurant.
- Operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
- Demonstrating proper ServSafe techniques and strict health code practices.
**Job Types**: Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
