**Job Overview**:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales performance, and profitability of one or more stores within a designated area. This role involves strategic planning, multi-location management, and ensuring that each branch meets its sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The Branch Manager will lead and develop a team of Branch Leaders and other staff, ensuring that company standards are upheld across all locations.

**Key responsibilities**:
1) Multi-Branch Leadership and Management.
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple branches, ensuring that each location operates efficiently and effectively.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Leaders, providing guidance on achieving sales targets, managing teams, and optimizing branch performance.
- Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance, address issues, and implement best practices.

2) Sales Strategy and Performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all branches.
- Set and monitor sales targets for each branch, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.

3) Customer Experience and Brand Consistency.
- Ensure that all branches deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience, in line with the company’s brand standards.
- Monitor customer feedback across locations and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the management of online inquiries and social media engagement, ensuring that responses are timely and professional.

4) Operational Oversight.
- Manage the operational aspects of each branch, including inventory control, staffing, and financial management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations at all locations.
- Optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, contributing to the overall profitability of the branches.

5) Team Development and Talent Management.
- Recruit, train, and develop Branch Leaders and other key staff, ensuring that each branch has a skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to help employees grow and excel in their roles.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of ownership among team members.

6) Marketing and Community Engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions across all branches.
- Ensure that each branch actively participates in social media campaigns and community events to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

7) Financial Management and Reporting.
- Prepare and manage budgets for each branch, ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, for each location.
- Generate and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving branch performance.

8) Risk Management and Compliance.
- Ensure that all branches adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, such as inventory shrinkage or customer complaints, to protect the company’s assets and reputation.
- Implement and oversee loss prevention strategies across all branches.

9) Expansion and Growth.
- Identify opportunities for branch expansion and contribute to the planning and execution of new store openings.
- Ensure that new branches are integrated smoothly into the company’s operations and meet performance expectations from the outset.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
