• Base Salary: Security to cover your bills.
• Profit Sharing: You get a cut of the winning pot. If the centre grows, your income grows immediately.
• Target Income: Successful leaders earn at least RM 6,000 in their first year. There is no cap.

Your Mission as Supervisor:

• BUILD TRUST: Talk to parents (mostly Chinese-speaking) and build instant connection and confidence.
• LEAD WITH ENERGY: Supervise the centre team and keep the vibe high and productive.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Background: We highly value experience in Insurance, Property, Retail Management (Store Supervisor/Manager), or Direct Sales.
• Language: Fluent English AND Mandarin is a MUST.
• Education: Degree is NOT required. We value results over paper qualifications.
• Availability: Willing to work weekends (because that is when parents are free).
