**Job Responsibilities: -**
- To perform daily operations in office and administrative task.
- Liaison with courier companies and despatch for daily incoming/outgoing documents.
- Recording and distribute incoming/outgoing correspondences, documents and etc.
- Perform proper filing and assist in other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Attend to telephone calls.
**Job Requirements: -**
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- With or without working experience (Freshgrade are encouraged to apply).
- Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Attention to details, accuracy, responsible and self motivated.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
