Administrative Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and capable of supporting the daily administrative operations of a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain and update records and documents accurately
- Assist with inventory and procurement paperwork
- Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls or enquiries as needed
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or inspections
- Assist in Health and Safety Matters
- SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Friendly and supportive working environment
