Role and Responsibilities:

- Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across various digital platforms, including paid platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, display campaigns, video campaigns, and/or conversion campaign.
- Oversee growth in campaigns performances to meet business goals and strategies
- Manage the platform's budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired returns.
- Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Identifies growth and scale opportunities in other paid media and digital marketing channels
- Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
- Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive and have possess an added value
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

Skills and Qualification:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with digital advertising platforms
- Possess relevant experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Good written and spoken for English and Mandarin (need to interact with Chinese stakeholders)
- Strong command of functional aspects of marketing and marketing trends
- Ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
- Must be highly motivated, initiative and willing to learn.

- 有随机应变并跟上工作环境中快速的步伐。

岗位职责:

- 有效制定策略,执行和监督在各个数码平台 (包括付费平台) 上的电子商务宣传活动。
- 拥有丰富的SEO/SEM经验,擅于执行社交媒体,影片和转型化宣传活动。
- 为了达到企业目标,有效地监督商务活动的成长及绩效表现。
- 负责管理各个平台的开支预算,确保有效分配和回酬。
- 确认其他付费媒体和数码营销平台的增长和规模机会。
- 持续性地提供意见和观点,利于改善商务宣传活动的绩效表现。
