Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support our car park operations and business growth. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, strengthen customer engagement, and assist in expanding our parking business network. This role is suitable for someone who is hands-on, organized, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase parking occupancy and revenue.
  • Manage online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Create promotional materials, ads, and content to attract new customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for parking locations.
  • Build relationships with building owners, management offices, and business partners.
  • Work with operations team to support promotions, seasonal passes, and customer inquiries.
  • Handle branding, signage, and on-site promotional activities.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Assist in planning and launching new car park locations.
