**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead an entire marketing team and oversee all marketing campaigns (online & offline) for the company.
- Working with the team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing, communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels (Website, Facebook, Instagram, E-commerce stores etc.).
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly/annual reports to senior management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Possesses at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience in marketing with extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding.
- Experience measuring performance, creating dashboards, and drawing insights for further optimization, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
- Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken Malay, English & Chinese.
- **Experience in planning in event/roadshows, fairs (MATTA/Apple etc), plan for promotions, activities, collaborations.**:

- **Ability to speak Mandarin language will be added advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
