We are on the lookout for a dynamic and outgoing fresh graduate to support our bank partners in the development of Allianz Bancassurance business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, review and analyze marketing/ campaign plan and tools
- Develop and support product training
- Undertake, sales, marketing and product development projects (process, product and system enhancement)
- Work with bank partners to develop and execute sales strategy for various bank distribution
- Develop and maintain close working rapport with bank partners and internal stakeholders
- Ensure Retail Banking outstanding are within company’s credit terms
- Explore avenues to support banking sales
- Undertake any other assignment/ task as requested by supervisor, HOD or Management

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Business or Marketing related courses
- Fresh graduates with outgoing personality and enjoy networking and PR activities preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly results and detailed oriented
