**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the overall operations of the company, including project management, production, sales, and administration.
- Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely and quality completion of all aluminium and glass works.
- Develop business strategies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and company growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Review and approve project quotations, budgets, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to all departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and support in making strategic business decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Minimum **5 years of managerial experience** in the **aluminium and glass industry**.
- Strong technical understanding of aluminium and glass systems, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills in **Mandarin**, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a must).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive operational and financial performance.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
