Position Purpose:
Assist in implementing company strategic plans, formulate HR and administrative plans based on business targets, and execute HR and administrative support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Develop HR systems and procedures (recruitment, performance, compensation, training).
- Create staffing plans and optimize resource use.
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring plans.
- Set up performance management systems and indicators.
- Develop compensation policies and benefits plans.
- Execute annual training plans.
- Administrative Management
- Coordinate departmental work and handle daily affairs.
- Draft/revise company policies.
- Organize meetings and follow up on resolutions.
- Enforce policies, manage rewards and disciplinary actions.
- Liaise with government authorities for legal/policy support.
- Handle government approvals and submissions.
- Promote corporate culture.
Logistics Management
- Organize office setup, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Manage overall company logistics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years experience, including 5 years in HR/Admin leadership roles.
Familiarity with ISO/GMP standards and company Code of Conduct.Core Skills
Strong organizational, coordination, analytical, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, corporate management processes, and compliance standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10, RM12,000.00 per month
