Position Purpose:

Assist in implementing company strategic plans, formulate HR and administrative plans based on business targets, and execute HR and administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Develop HR systems and procedures (recruitment, performance, compensation, training).
  • Create staffing plans and optimize resource use.
  • Coordinate recruitment and hiring plans.
  • Set up performance management systems and indicators.
  • Develop compensation policies and benefits plans.
  • Execute annual training plans.
  • Administrative Management
  • Coordinate departmental work and handle daily affairs.
  • Draft/revise company policies.
  • Organize meetings and follow up on resolutions.
  • Enforce policies, manage rewards and disciplinary actions.
  • Liaise with government authorities for legal/policy support.
  • Handle government approvals and submissions.
  • Promote corporate culture.

Logistics Management

  • Organize office setup, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Manage overall company logistics.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, or related fields.

  • Minimum 8 years experience, including 5 years in HR/Admin leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with ISO/GMP standards and company Code of Conduct.Core Skills

  • Strong organizational, coordination, analytical, and planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, corporate management processes, and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM12,000.00 per month
