Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements on portals and social media
  • Monitor and respond to candidate messages and applications
  • Maintain and update recruitment files and applicant tracking systems
  • Draft employment contracts and hiring documents
  • Handle administrative documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Assist in compiling audit documents and HR compliance files
  • Provide general clerical support to HR and other departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Canva)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
