Key Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements on portals and social media
- Monitor and respond to candidate messages and applications
- Maintain and update recruitment files and applicant tracking systems
- Draft employment contracts and hiring documents
- Handle administrative documentation, filing, and data entry
- Assist in compiling audit documents and HR compliance files
- Provide general clerical support to HR and other departments
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Canva)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
