**Position Summary**

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to distribution, with the goal of maintaining seamless processes and minimizing costs.

**A day in the life of Supply Chain Executive...**
- Procurement:

- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and goods.
- Negotiate contracts and establish strong vendor relationships to maintain a reliable supply chain.
- Customer Facing Supply Chain:

- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demand & Supply Planning:

- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer needs and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Work closely with production teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
- Factory Supply Chain
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes within the factory premises.
- Optimize internal logistics, production scheduling, and inventory management for maximum efficiency.
- Warehouse Operations
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Implement best practices for inventory control and space utilization.
- Import & Export
- Coordinate import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders to streamline international shipments.
- Transportation
- Plan and optimize transportation routes for timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor carrier performance and negotiate transportation contracts.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum of 3.2 CGPA.
- Effective Communication, Convincing skills, and Analytical thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
