Account Junior Executive

Responsibilities (Account Junior Exec)
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Assist in monthly & quarterly management report
- Perform monthly costing reports
- Ensure inventory accuracy through costing system
- Perform & analyze cost variance analysis report
- Assist with budget preparation & monitor the actual progress
- Review and update Costing standards (if necessary)
- Participate in year end audits
- Prepare monthly financial results for management review
- Take lead in annual stock take activities
- Undertake any tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
**Requirements**:
- BSc degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Numeric sensitivty
- Able to follow deadline for report submission
- Ability to work under pressure
