Conduct maintenance check for air-con, heaters and coolers - Install Air-con and heaters. - Repair damage and dysfunctional air-con, heaters and coolers - Check its functions and status - Fix and check type and Split type - Change spare parts - Check the its major parts (i.e. Freon) - Conduct daily routine for inspections - Check leakage - Encode the reported damage of the air-con, heaters or cooler - Prepare daily report check or repaired air-con and submit to head of department - Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement. 1. To do wiring, install instrument and equipment with testing 2. To handle on site system for troubleshooting and repair 3. To use electrical tools and general IT networking tools 4. Can work in high places by using ladder 5. All fresh graduates can apply 6. Higher pay with valid NIOSH and CIDB (NIOSH (Yes/No), CIDB (Yes/No)) 7. Age (? years old) 8. Family area (?
